Dates for your Diary


7th. 6pm. Rotary meeting with Speaker, Paul Ferrers giving us a talk about a local charity, Community Connections, which provides transport for those in need. Guests welcome.

Sunday 12th. Rememberance Sunday. Our President will lay a wreath at the cenotaph as part of the annual ceremony.

17th. Collection on Race day

21st. 6pm. Special General meeting. Our look forward to the Rotary year 2024/2025 followed by a guest speaker TBA

29th. Supporting Cheltenham Animal shelter by running a tombola stall


5th. 6pm. Rotary meeting with speaker, Emily Harper giving us a talk about Wild Hogs Hedgehog Rescue.  Guests welcome

14th & 15th. Collecting for CCP & Food Bank at Morrisons Supermarket

19th. 7.30 for 8pm. Christmas meal at Richmond Village, Cheltenham and of course our Christmas quiz.


2nd. 6pm. Rotary meeting with speaker Roger Brunt giving us a talk on the environment and Rotary Foundation. Guests welcome.

16th. 6pm. Rotary meeting followed by the annual visit by The Mayor of Cheltenham. This year it is Councillor Matt Babbage accompanied by his wife Suzi. Guests welcome.

30th. 6pm. Rotary meeting with speaker Paul Murphy giving us a talk on Queen Mary, the wife of King George V. Guests welcome.


6th. 6pm. Rotary meeting with speaker Rob Toseland giving us a talk on photographing the aurora.  Guests welcome.

Other events and activities:

We are planning to bring back our Valentine evening celebration. We will also run our Treasure Hunt which had to be cancelled in September. In May we will be visiting our friends at Chatellerault Rotary Club in France. The dates will be announced in due course.

The dates and times of CommVoc and International meetings will be announced prior to the meetings.
